Despite having a great team of skilled experts, Mark and Karen continue to personally oversee every aspect of the company’s operations. Mark still enjoys getting hands-on occasionally, especially with hardwood and tile cleaning. Similarly, Karen is fully involved in the business. She manages the website, branding, and marketing of the company.
“In addition to that, I’m also dealing with human resources, health and safety, bookkeeping and finances, although of course we do employ people for some of those tasks,” Karen shared.
This hands-on leadership and personal commitment to every facet of the business have defined Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning’s success throughout nearly a decade of operation.

- In 2025, Dang Good experienced steady growth due to their continued efforts and hard work. Additionally, they invested in new equipment to improve their service quality.
- A notable investment was their purchase of a Cleanco Guardian Truckmount and two more trucks. With this new, innovative equipment, Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning has become one of the few companies to own this advanced system.
