Toronto (rest) Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay signed a lease for its first Canadian restaurant at The Well, one of the country’s most ambitious mixed-use developments in the heart of downtown Toronto. Scheduled to open this summer, the location will serve as the brand’s Canadian flagship and establish the foundation for its long-term expansion across the country.

Spanning multiple city blocks, The Well is redefining downtown Toronto with a curated mix of premier retail, dining, office and residential spaces. Bobby’s Burgers will join the development’s sought-after culinary lineup as part of a broader Canadian growth strategy led by Falcon Capital Group, the brand’s franchise partner. The lease was completed in collaboration with RioCan, one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate owners and developers.
The new restaurant will introduce guests to Bobby’s Burgers’ menu of signature made-to-order burgers, like the fan-favourite Bacon Crunchburger®, spoon-bending milkshakes, and more. Each item is created with high-quality ingredients and bold flavours that reflect Bobby Flay’s distinctive culinary flair.
